Guest guest
Not sure who to address this to as it's my first e-mail. Akiba? You take Magnesium and B6 twice a day which is good for so many things. What quantities do you take? Also, I have Primary Progressive MS. Would the low dose naltrexone work for me? I have never been on any of the ABC drugs. Thanks for any answers. Ann

Guest guest
In order: Right now I am only taking the Magnesium, 400 mg twice daily. This is "only" because I am out of B6 right now, and I DO take a B-complex daily as well as a B-12 shot once a month. As for LDN helping MS, I have RRMS and will be starting LDN as soon as my order gets here. I do not know if it helps PPMS...someone else here might know the answer there (someone? Anyone? Feel free!) I have taken Rebif and that with Neurontin made me, literally, crazy. I do still take a small amount of Neurontin but went off it for over a year. I tried Copaxone and had severe injection site reactions and went off that, as well. Right now I am not on any of the CRAB meds and do it all by supplements. And I take a LOT of supplements!! I am also battling Candida, a blown knee, Scholiosis, and type 2 Diabetes. Some of the supplements are here to stay, some are temporary. It took a lot of research to figure out what I needed and what not.. I'm hoping some of the way more knowledgeable list members chime in here and offer their considerable experience!
