am very interested in it, since I've had depression for some time

before LDN (MS for 15 years), and started LDN 2/1. I take

Wellbutrin, but it really doesn't help much. I still can get really

sad, really quick, almost moody and then it goes away pretty

quickly. Anyone else with this? Just wondering if that is LDN doing

that with the moods because of the endorphin levels being messed with.

All amino acids will work better on an empty stomach and especially l-Tryptophan, 5-htp and SAM-e. Taken separately, they do not have to compete with food or other supplements containing amino acds.

I am surprised to hear that the instruction state to take along with food. I will go ahead and read the instructions on our bottle.ThanksAletha----- Original
