HRT cream vs. OOE

HI Laurel,

What are you

noticing with the HRT cream vs. OOE? Does it last longer? I thought the HRT

cream pushed it in. I remember my local compounder thought the OO method would be

unpredictable with the absorption if it worked at all. I found I needed double

or triple the OOE with frequent doses. It sounds like you are also using less E

with the HRT cream. Where are you applying it safely and how are you feeling

now?

I want to hear it

goes in evenly, lasts all day and you don’t even have to think about it!
