Hello everyone,

I haven't posted here for a few weeks because I have been having some

down time because of the heat in Australia.

Can anyone advise me if St 's Wort or Valerian interfere with LDN.

I am having trouble sleeping and I think the LDN is making me very

stiff. As a consequence, I am rather depressed and I can't afford to

be because I have a big family to care for. I would really appreciate

your advice.
