LDN - St. 's Wort and Valerian

It may not help with the sleep part, but DLP might help with energy during

the day and depression and pain. I will send you info on spasms, perhaps

those remedies might help with stiffness too.

The best thing I have herd of for sleep has been magnesium 1/2 before LDN.

Aletha,

Thanks very much for your very prompt reply. Actually I used to take

magnesium at bedtime pre-LDN but then I stopped because, for some

reason,I thought someone had said that magnesium stopped LDN working

properly. I will take your advice and try it tonight. Thanks again!

I have not heard of the two not working together. Hopefully it was just

incorrect information. That goes around sometimes.

Definitely try taking DL-Phenylalanine for energy, pain, depression

but the thing that has helped me a lot for sleep is Melatonin. You

can get this at any health food store.
