I will send you info on spasms, perhaps those remedies might help with stiffness too. The best thing I have herd of for sleep has been magnesium 1/2 before LDN. Actually I used to take magnesium at bedtime pre-LDN but then I stopped because, for some reason,I thought someone had said that magnesium stopped LDN working properly.
