Guest guest
Hi - I've been reading my emails and want to say this: I stopped LDN temporarily after developing stiffness in my legs and hips, and then going into a big relapse, just after starting LDN. In the course of trying to get well again, I've had a hair analysis. It showed me to be off the scale in calcium and magnesium, and very low in mercury, aluminium and lead. This was a surprise to me - I had all my mercury fillings removed because I assumed I would have mercury in my system; I've been supplementing with stuff like calcium and magnesium on the assumption that I needed them. My naturopath has also taken me off the calcium and magnesium, B12, fish oil, and my multi vit/mineral supplement, as well as putting me on a diet developed to include the principles of the Best Bet Diet (as well as some of his own ideas, which leaves me grieving for the nightshade family of foods, mushies, and a few other favourites of mine). There's a point to my message - not only have I been wasting a lot of my hard come by money, I probably have been doing a little harm to my aim of treating if not beating MS. Anyone elser used hair analysis to see what their body lacks or has too much of? Regards to you all - Gayle The naturopath did say to stick with my high dosage of antioxidant formula.
