nne, Depending on who you talk to, you should start out at 3mg and after a couple of weeks move up to 4.5mg. Some people start out at 1.5mg, then go to 3mg then to 4.5. Some start out at 4.5 and move back to 3mg. Most people here are talking about the liquid method.. Dissolve one 50mg tab in 50ml water and draw out of the bottle with an infant dropper or syringe 1.5ml, 3ml or 4.5ml. It's a 1:1 ratio so 1ml = 1mg. Alot depends on how you tolerate LDN.
