Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I found this article that Skip Lenz from my Pharmacy where I get my LDN and wanted to share it with everyone. Dr.Skip LDN Sun Dec 19, 2004 18:44 205.188.116.65 I am a compounding pharmacist, who sells a lot of LDN. I therefore am biased by scientific standards. On the other hand we have had at least 4 years of experience with LDN. We stopped counting when we reached 60,000 patient months. Actually my residents told me that they wouldn't count anymore. This term of patient months equals one patient taking (or not) one capsule at bedtime. To date we have had 15 exacerbations, or serious progressions reported to us. In the majority of cases these issues were secondary to an increase of stressors, whether physical or emotional. We have been in the involved with the discussions regarding the fillers. No one has been able to give me a valid reason for using anything other than Avicel. There are a lot of assumptions flying around, including liquid forms, transdermal forms and even a nasal spray. Yeeh gods. My opinion is that the product should be compounded into a capsule using avicel. period end of story. As for obtaining it from Mexico, like my daddy use to say,"Yous pays yous money and you take yous chances. There is going to be a study published very soon in a prominent peer reviewed journal that will report that over 50% of the drugs obtained thru Mexico are either subpotent or super potent, but they do not meet the standards set by the offical pharmacopea of the US.There are several compounding pharmacies on the Net that will mail LDN out of the country, so that shouldn't be anyproblem.Dr.Skip Always A Friend, CrystalShirley Lotz <shylotz@...> wrote: Skip Lenz, Boca Raton, FLA, told me not to despair ifeven liquid Ldn causes diarrhea because he cancompound it as dermal cream!! Dr. J. McCandless has found a way for TD LDN to absorb fast(with the use of emu oil), other methods in the past have not worked. And now liquid LDN(use of Pure Naltrexone Powder, not dissolving the ReVia tablets) is being used by many with great success. If you do the liquid LDN it is best that the pharmacy use pure naltrexone powder and not the ReVia tablets. Many of us have been allergic to Avicel, like myself and cannot use Skip's LDN capsules.
