Guest guest
Hey Michel, Looks like we have the same side effects. I've been on LDN, 3mg nightly for the last month. I sleep better. My urination frequency has improved greatly. My energy level has definetly gone up. I do experience leg stiffness in the morning, but like Bren says, this should go away in a couple of months. The leg stiffness improves the more I walk. I just got to get started. Also my sense of balance has improved a bit. Hang in there! Guest guest
Hi Michel, It takes a good full 2-3 months before you start feeling the Full Effects from the LDN. You may feel other effects in the mean time but it takes 2-3 months and as the others said the stiffness will go away. Just hang in there...
