LDN gave me extra stiffness in the backs of my legs for 3 straight months but it

eventually faded away and never has returned.

Hey Michel, Looks like we have the same side effects. I've been on LDN, 3mg nightly for the last month. I sleep better. My urination frequency has improved greatly. My energy level has definetly gone up. I do experience leg stiffness in the morning, but like Bren says, this should go away in a couple of months. The leg stiffness improves the more I walk. I just got to get started. Also my sense of balance has improved a bit. Hang in there! Hi Michel, It takes a good full 2-3 months before you start feeling the Full Effects from the LDN. You may feel other effects in the mean time but it takes 2-3 months and as the others said the stiffness will go away. Just hang in there...
