Guest guest
I have been taking LDN since last August. When I started, I had just quite that the Novantrone infusions. I waited about 3 months before starting LDN. At the time I was also taking Webutrin(sp). After about 3 weeks of LDN, feeling so good I stop the Welbutrin altogether. After about a month, I decided that I actually felt better without the Welbutrin. I am not following any diet, I do limit the amount of milk products that I take in. But still use breads, and so on. I would probably do better if I quite them altogether. I have clearer thinking, my bladder is under control, which was a major problem. I have had a problem with my left leg and toe drop since the beginning which is still a problem and has not got better, but has not got any worse. I feel very that LDN has help me more than I could have expected. Everything I have seen about LDN and how it work should not make for mood swings unless you are varying your amounts of maybe having a reaction to the filler that is being used. I have been using Medmex and dissolving in way from the start and am hoping that my Neuro will see the improvement and prescribe it on my next visit. He seemed open to it if I showed that it was helping me. Figures crossed on that one. I hope this helps some people and gives seem ideas to explore in finding what is causing the mood swings. Guest guest
Hi Amira Sound a lot like PMS to me. You should take note of when the symptoms occur and see if there is a pattern. The medication and disease might be making your symptoms worse. You might do a google search and check out the various web-sites for help. Guest guest
Amira, It is probably th depromedrol that is causing your mood swings. It is one of the side effects that does not get mentioned as often as some of the others. It is uaually not a problem on lower dosage but can be for some people. When I was first diagnosed my gp put me on a dexpak (simliar to depromedrol) until I could get in to a rheumy and to get control of symptoms. In a couple of days I was feeling much better pain and movement wise but was ready to " kill or yell at anybody or anything that crossed me " . That is not my personality at all. It finally hit me that it was the steriods and decreased the dosage. Check with your doctor. If it is the depromedrol the dosage needs to be decreased slowly as rapid decrease can cause problems too. Hope this info helps. jmorob@... wrote: Hi Amira Sound a lot like PMS to me. You should take note of when the symptoms occur and see if there is a pattern.
