Here in Liberty, we had 65mph winds and 4 inches of rain in 45 minutes. Naturally, I lost electricity as usual and, thank God the temps did go down a little. I still had a heck of a time trying to sleep though with no air but, I finally regained it around 4:00am. I woke up with a yard full of huge limbs and, no way am I going to attempt to clean anything up until it gets cooler. I just put them in a pile for now. We needed rain but, not that much in that short of time. Jeeeesh. It just means one thing too. The grass will grow and I gotta mow again. LOL So, I am going to take my third shower now that the house is finally cooled down, get my shots at the doctors and meet the girls for an early dinner before we have to play darts tonight.
