Thank you for seeing the work involved in replying to peoples questions.

I had noticed a lot of the same questions coming up and thought it was best

to put the welcome e-mail together to help answer these questions and get a

lot of the info together in one place. There is a lot of room for

improvement in the welcome e-mail and it does not cater to other ailments.

So if anyone wishes to have anything included in the MS version or to put

together versions for other ailments I would love to work with them or just

take advise.

I think all of the information out there can be very overwhelming and my

goal has been to put things in an easy to understand format. Also,

sometimes it is nice to ask the questions to the chat site because you get

first hand info from those using LDN. Although sometimes very repetitive,

it is also a chance to form a support group and to help someone know that

they are not alone in this fight.
