I have been reading the posts on this board for two years and taking

LDN for a year now. Countless times I see the question about

calcium carbonate come up and the dosing amounts. It seems like

there is a mass of people who don't go to the main LDN info pages

and actually read them. This makes for a very uneducated advocate

for LDN and I can understand why a Dr would not prescribe when the

patient doesn't even know what they are asking for and why. There

should be two lists of prescribing Drs. One who will openely admit

they prescribe. And a underground list of ones that have prescribed

but the best approach with them is to make a appt bring all your

info and be well informed knowing in the back of your head " He/she

has prescribed before so I have somewhat of a chance " . But most

likely if you called that office and directly asked that question

the answer would be " NO " as they are not advocating it. No matter

how much bad mouthing I see about Drs I truely believe they denie

you because they are also taking a risk with there patients on a

unscientific , antidotal evidence. They do what the know. And I

believe most people here would like some concrete answer that a

study would provide. It is very fustrating when I see some of the

questions that are asked that I know if people did some reading they

would have answered there own questions with the basic info. Bless

,Althea, Joyce,Tom and anybody else who has answered my

questions in times of need. You all have the patience of

kindergarden teachers.
