Guest guest
Hi All, I was just wondering if anyone knows of a B12 pill that works and is non toxic. I know that Aletha (some time ago) mentioned a B1 tablet that is non toxic but, I am looking for an alternative to B12. Thanks in advance,

The other type hydrocobalamin but don't quote me on the word is frequently used in the submuscular injections and just provides an energy boost and I'm sure many other physical benefits but does not help ms like the methylcobalamin. hope that helps.
