Hi All,

I was just wondering if anyone knows of a B12 pill that works and is

non toxic. I know that Aletha (some time ago) mentioned a B1 tablet

that is non toxic but, I am looking for an alternative to B12.

Thanks in advance,

Thank you Kathy. Is there a good place (you recommend) to buy it?mykittypaws <mykittypaws@...> wrote: b12 in the form of methylcobalamin. sublingual is what you need. they dissolve under the tongue and go directly into the bloodstream. this form of b12 is the only form i know which has shown to provide neurological improvement in studies done by the Germans. The other type hydrocobalamin but don't quote me on the word is frequently used in the submuscular injections and just provides an energy boost and I'm sure many other physical benefits but does not help ms

like the methylcobalamin. hope that helps. I am using solgar right now. best, kathy [low dose naltrexone] Quick questin about B12...> Hi All,> I was just wondering if anyone knows of a B12 pill that works and is> non toxic.
