Guest guest Posted November 10, 2004 Report Share Posted November 10, 2004 Hi jill..... sorry to hear that you are being diagnosed with RA.. it is something i woud notwish on my worst enemy... i was diagnose just this past august... still trying to ge the meds right... i think whining is ok... if other people hurt as bad as we do, they would lay down and die! i have a very high pain threshold, and i have always pushed myself... but now i know it is not in my head! i deserve to take it easy sometimes... i have hired a lady to some in everyother week and clean house for me.... oh how nice that is! well, i do not want to carry on too much... rae in Napa, CA Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

On one hand at least you know what you're dealing with and can treat it properly. On the other hand, it is bad news. Is your PCP going to refer you to a rheumatologist?
