Hi Everyone, I've been on LDN for close to 2 years. I've always been a very positive person, but over the last 3 months have been experienced some depression and mood swings. Big question: is it the LDN or possibly entering menopause (I'm turning 46). If it was the LDN, I would think it would have showed up before now, don't you? Was diagnosed with MS in 1983, have been managing this crazy disease fairly well. But lately really noticing a difference with my cognition. . . I can no longer juggle all the balls that I use to. I no longer work, which has always been a big transition for me. I believe that's one of the reasons I might be experiencing some depression! I've always been one to volunteer in a variety of roles. I think it might be time to jump back into another volunteer position. It has always warmed my heart to help and meet new people. Thanks for listening, if anyone can understand what I'm experiencing, it's

certainly you guys! Have a great night,

Hi ,

What kind of supplements and diet are you doing? Also, have you tried DLP yet?

My best

I used to have some mood swings and depression, low energy even

though I'm on LDN however once I started taking DL-Phenalalynine

things got sooo much better. I was on disability leave for over 2

years and am now returning to full-time work. I still have some

numbness in my hands but other than that, my balance, cognitive

skills, sleeping, energy, moods has improved so much that I can

honestly say I haven't felt this good in years !!
