Guest guest
Hi group, I am new to this group but not new to the idea of LDN. I have had Fibro symptoms since approximately 2002 and have tried various things to help this. I am very interested in using LDN but I have been unable to find any w/o a prescription. I am with Kaiser and all they recommend for CFS/Fibro is exercises and meditation, no meds. I tried to purchase some a while back in Mexico but was told the farmacias in TJ didn't carry it. I also tried MedsMexico and ReVia wasn't listed so my question is where to find it and how much to order? Thanks, Lee

Fibromyalgia and Red Tart Cherries Fibromyalgia syndrome is a musculoskeletal pain and fatigue disorder for which the cause is unknown. There is pain in all the fibrous tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments and tendons. More women than men are afflicted with fibromyalgia, but it is seen in people of all ages. Red Tart cherries may play a role in alleviating some of the pain and discomfort brought on by fibromyalgia because the cherries contain significant quantities of melatonin, which help regulate the sleep cycle. Sleep regulation is one key treatment of fibromyalgia. In addition, the anthocyanins found in cherries contain high levels of -1 and -2 inhibitors, which function in the same manner as ibuprofen and may help with pain relief for people with fibromyalgia. Guest guest
I was able to get the name of a Naturopath in the Vancouver,Wa area and my insurance won't pay for it. Most Naturopaths are familiar with LDN. Recently ordered my 2nd prescrition LDN thru Skip's Pharmacy in Flo. to make sure I get the quality. I started on it Mar 31, 2005 and just recently had a relapse which has left me in a wheelchair and am to be off the LDN for 2wks to see if this will solve the problem. Prior to the relapse I was almost my old self, sure was nice to feel fairly normal. I had no reactions except the good ones. Was on Avonex for 3 years and saw signs of it not doing it's job and got onto LDN. I have been trying to find a thread that said the LDN stops the attacks and haven't found it yet. I also don't remember if it was here I read it or not. If anyone has any info I'd greatly appreciate knowing. I have high praise for what LDN is able to do to help those of us with MS. Don't give up looking, I didn't! Tired of Dr's using me as a guinnea pig so am doing it myself. > > > > Hi group, > > > > I am new to this group but not new to the idea of LDN.
