Guest guest
Apparently LDN effects some of us in different ways. I started LDN on July 8, 2003. 4.5mg every night since and have never missed a night. Slight improvement with spasms and significant improvement with urinary urgency and frequency since the very first night. No progression and no side effects other than interrupted sleep the first two weeks. I personally will never stop LDN, it's been a miracle for me.
