Steroids and LDN

I'm secondary progressive MS, diagnosed March 2000, and have been on

LDN since last October. No other medication but shed loads of

vitamins. I feel that it has halted any progession up until now and

I'm holding steady on 6.5 EDSS.

On improvements, I sleep much longer through the night without the

previous regular 2 hourly trips to the toilet.

I know you're not supposed to take steroids and LDN. But I'm due to

have a steriod injection in my shoulder shortly and would be grateful

for any comments/views on the effects this injection could have on the

LDN and visa versa.
