It has helped many with depression. Take 2 to 3 capsules daily on an empty stomach. Dr. Bihari recommends DL-P 500mg for his patients that can take it...it compliments the LDN. Solaray is a good brand of Dl-P. Make sure you get the combination DL-P, not just the L-P or D-P but the DL-P. DL-P can be gotten at the healthfood store or ordered off the internet. I still from time to time have vivid dreams on LDN and I've been on it nearly 3 years, just like last night I dreamed my aunt got shot in the heart and was dead and my grandmother was missing.
