Who will review records before appointment?

Hey,

A friend of mine is pretty sick, and has had surgery for stenosis.  She was told

she did not have Chiari by a prominent neurosurgeon, but as we all know, that

happens to many people who find out later they have Chiari,

My question is, what Chiari specialists do you know that will review records

before making an appointment, to see if it is worth the appointment?  

I am going to call several of them myself, but I know that a few of them are

really hard to get through to.  Thought I would see what you know also.
