Guest guest
Thanks Lynne. Will get the test. I am thinking I should not supplement iodine until I do the test so I get an accurate baseline of what my body is doing on its own. Sound right? Guest guest
Hi Cora, As long as you do not take iodine 48 hours before the test you should get an accurate baseline. You can start saturating your tissues before then to start getting some benefit. They offer two tests. I only think the loading test is important. It costs in the neighborhood of $80. Best, Lynne I am thinking I should not supplement iodine until I do the test so I get an accurate baseline of what my body is doing on its own. Sound right?
