Guest guest
Hi friends, In my last post, in describing the MT I had done at the Cristal clinic in San , CA, I stated that I was a Sympathetic type (acid) and Slow Oxidizer (I SHOULD HAVE SAID ALKALINE here). When you study MT you learn abt the acid/alkaline balances in different Metabolic types and how eating to achieve balance of the two is optimal. So I misstated under Slow Oxidizer (I said acid). Just wanted to clarify for anyone trying to make sense of this soomewhat complicated part of the MT model.
