Yes, it sure took a painfully long time to get adjusted to the Wiley Protocol and adjust it to me! I will post a history of the intervening year and a half at some point. I will guardedly say that, yeah, it’s working. I have to add that I was advised in April to titrate my dosages down after I had finally felt good for several months, which I did, and it didn’t work very well, so I started the move back up (except then I lost track of what I was trying to do for a month or so during a very stressful time, and screwed things up). (But now I’m on track again, I think). I think having good, consistent product (arrgh, did anyone else experience the San Ysidro Pharmacy adulterations?) has had a lot to do with better results. I’ve been able to finally lose weight without extreme measures—I am eating less, yes, and I do mild exercise 3-4 days a week (swimming and walking), and have gone from 165 to 152 lbs in 9 weeks (I’m 5’-6”). I still want to lose another 15 lbs and we’ll see how that goes. But I don’t feel the irritating, constant, low-level hunger that I did previously that made it so hard to do this. I don’t know if this has anything to do with the hormones, but I can’t give anything else the credit, either. I’m on day 27 today (and look, I can actually operate a keyboard…). Here’s my dosing schedule for next month.
