If Zylitol is made out of corn than there's a reason to tread lightly...Doug Kaufmann of " It's fungus unless proven otherwise! " warn specifically against consuming corn. Not only for the more obvious reasons like most corn is GM corn but because corn is a favorite food of fungus!
