Good morning,

I'm new to this, and need some help :)

I have read about AF Beta food, but on the Standard Process website I only

find " Betafood " . Is that the same thing? I'm currently using Milk Thistle and

Lecithin.

Any other things that could be of benefit?

Thanks,

Margo

That is a good question. I think that I remember someone on a previous post

saying that there are two comparable products that can be easily confused. The

names are similar, but the products are not.

Should be listed as AF Betafood - M thistle good - check the archives

and try different herbs

Diet and exercise are as if not more important than any herb you may

take
