Hey-

Good job! I am so happy to hear you are feeling better and more like an

adult.

I made the decision to release my anger/resentment towards them last week.

It was a giant step, but I felt it was best for me. I feel so much better

after having cut them out. I learned a lot about myself and became a true

independent adult.

I talked to them last week and told them we can stay in touch but from now

on as " friends " . We are going to relate to one another as " friends " and I

am hopeful that is okay.

I am scard, but I have come so far. I don't ever want to go back. I am a

grown up now!
