Guest guest
This is my first time writing on this list, so I hope all goes well. Anyway, in answer to the question about polycose. My daughter , who is now nine, was on polycose for quite a while. It is a white powder, almost the consistency of sweet and low. What it does is add calories to the food without adding bulk. It almost dissolves in the food. I used to put it in everything from her oatmeal, to her mashed potatoes, to add calories. I got it by prescription from my G.I. doctor. I do not think you can get it over the counter, at least you couldn't when was little. If you have a care at home company (or a company that you get special formula from) they can get it for you too with a prescript. from your doc. Hope this helps.
