Tami-I guess it would depend on if the person had signed a financial

agreement that they (the parent or patient) would remit payment if the

insurance carrier (1) did not pay on time or (2) backed out of

pre-authorization. Just wondering if that is a factor here or not, just

wanted to get the facts straight. Kimry
