Dispatching error sent help to wrong place

A follow-up article to the Pittsburgh area fire where the fire units

were sent to the wrong High Street. Note that the blame is placed

solely on the dispatcher. It might well belong there, but it's still

gives me the shivers to see it in the headlines line that!
