Hi --

My Timmy has issues with high oxalates and so we are eliminating those

but my doctor really gave me no information on them and I am slowly but

surely trying to find things out - i just found out about 2 weeks ago.

Anyhoo - can you point me in the direction of this vitamin K protocol?

He also has really bad issues with casein - his peptide test was pretty

bad according to the doctor so this vsl with trace casein makes me

nervous and the dr said whatever he took needed to be casein free

completely. Where do you even get this vsl#3? I never heard of it

before this thread.

My girl also had high oxalates and getting on the yahoo group for

that helped very much, along with the diet....takes about 3-4 weeks

to see results, though...and the dumping of oxalates aint pretty.

once they are low, though, the behaviors are beautiful again!

Also, I put my girl on VSL3 for the high numbers as she is a bad gut

kid...and the VSL caused pretty bad heartburn and reflux that

couldn't be helped with her daily Zantac. I still have the bottle in

the refrigerator and give one once per week. She seems to tolerate

that but not daily. Just so you know before you spend the money. The

tiny bit of casein really can mess some kids up.
