Guest guest
Please forward this email as far and as wide as you can!The Australian Vaccination Network, Inc has just relaunched its online reaction reporting facility. We would like to ask everyone who has reacted to a vaccine or had a family member react to visit www.avn.org.au and to click on the link on the left hand side that says Report a Reaction. Alternatively, you can go directly to http://tinyurl.com/593ska.Keep in mind the following facts:1- ADRAC, the Adverse Drug Reactions Advisory Committee, admits that less than 10% and perhaps as little as 1% of all reactions to drugs or vaccines is ever reported. This means that the government''s own safety statistics are admitted to be between 90 and 99% inaccurate.2- No vaccines are tested independently. All vaccine safety and effectiveness studies are paid for in part or in whole by the pharmaceutical companies that produce the vaccines. Almost all new vaccines are released before population-based safety studies are performed. They are put through so-called post-marketing surveillance where doctors are asked to report reactions when they occur. As you can see by the above 1-10% statistic, these reports just don't occur so safety is assumed but certainly not proven.3- Unless and until the government can be shown that more people are being harmed by vaccines than would be protected by any stated (but not proven) vaccine efficacy, they will continue to push new vaccines on our children. Three new vaccines have been introduced in the last 12 months - childhood influenza, HPV (so-called cervical cancer vaccine) and Rotavirus. There are many more vaccines in the pipeline - none of which have been independently tested - all of which will be added to the schedule before they are shown to be safe or effective. It is essential - vital - and urgent - that all vaccine reactions are reported! You do not need to know for sure that the effect and the vaccine are related - just suspect. And all of your details will be held confidential - and all reaction reports the AVN receives are de-identified and submitted to the government to be added to the official statistics. Please report your reactions either via our web site or by calling our toll-free (in Australia) number - 1800 007 468. If you are a health professional, make a note of this number and give it out to your clients and / or contact janiece@... and ask her to send you adverse reaction report forms to have on hand/You can see the government's information on vaccination procedures at http://www.health.gov.au/internet/immunise/publishing.nsf/Content/Handbook-home Check out smokin' hot deals on laptops, desktops and more from Dell.
