Guest guest
Elsie - perhaps you have already told us this, but I don't know how far you lived from your son. I am the mother of three, grandmother of 12 and the closest with the exception of the oldest grandson who is living with me now is about 200 miles away. I would like to have them closer of course, but especially with my health problems, I miss the closeness we can't have at the distances we are apart. One is 1000 miles away and 2 are 2000. Since I know I won't be here for another 10 or 20 years, I would like to get the most out of the time we do have. Were you able to be with your son a lot in his last months and years? Guest guest
hi diane it sounds like you and terry had a great christmas day together, what a great gift the gift of conversation and peace and quite:)i hope your family christmas is just as wonderful and terry is able to attend. its funny how alot of activity effects them huh, bobby glenn was so active christmas eve ,then christmas day he seemed to crash and burn, literally lol, woke up at about 10 am, laid on the couch fell back asleep for the whole day ,slept all day till 4 pm the next day, then slept most of sat as well, now today hes awake but still laying in bed. weird huh?or maybe its normal i dont know, i have been trying to watch for patterns and writing them down to show the dr.,when a guy can sleep thru days of 5 grandkids running and playing throughout the house it worried me, i kept checking him for breathing lol.anyways hope all is well with you and the hubby ,much love babry > > Hi Elsie and welcome back! Yep, these Yahoo folks are devils, that I'm convinced of! I'll be very quiet and it can be our secret! We had such a wonderful Christmas. It was just Terry and me and it was great. We spent the day just quietly talking about our life together. We laughed, we cried; it was wonderful! We said things to each other that we so much needed to say. I am so thankful for the day together and so thankful that Terry was alert enough to spend the day talking to me. Hope you have a good weekend, Elsie. We are scheduled to go to my sister's tomorrow for our family gathering. Terry is trying so hard to be able to go. I pray he can make it. Good to have you back! > > Hugs........... > Diane > > > > > ________________________________ > > To: livercirrhosissupport > Sent: Friday, December 26, 2008 2:22:15 PM > Subject: I'm Back Elsie MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS > > > Hi Everybody!!!
