Hi Caryn,

My son was recently hospitalized for 3 days of IV antibiotics to fight

a serious sinus infection. That was about two weeks ago. He's sick in

bed today and the symptoms seem the same.

I gave him OLE this morning and will give that a couple more times. Is

OLE good for fighting bacterial infections? What else is good for this?

He's also doing the neti pot with a touch of baking soda and salt.

When he got out of the hospital, the doctor had him on an oral

antibiotic (unisym which is a penicillin derivative) and he got

hives... he stopped taking that so maybe the infection wasn't quite dead.

I've heard of the month long zithromax and I will ask the doc about

that. But I'm in Costa Rica - the doctors are great here but not that

" alternative " ...

Any other suggestions, I'm all ears. Thank you,
