Hi Lynn,

If you follow the citation next to the Unda on wikipedia, you will see

an off-site link to Rockwell Nutrition. They have a description of

what the Unda #'s support.

We used the ones that help with flushing the hepatic system - #1, #2,

#20, and another to relax my child as his hands were curled (#9). You

can combine the Unda #'s in water. They are absorbed by the mucous

membrane while consumed. And they should be separated from food /

supplements by about 20 minutes.
