Hi , I think as long as you are able to communicate with Dr. Peng by phone and email and willing to pay for the herb shipped from US to where you live, I can't see why not?

Hi Rei,I live in the mediterranean and they are HUGE believers of herbs and their remedies. Can you just tell me if Dr Peng consults overseas patients as well. Depending on what the herbs are, there may or may not be difficulties

with bringing them across national borders. I suggest to check into

this before spending the money.
