For us, waking up in the middle of the night crying in pain was due to

his GI issues. Once we started treating those issues the waking up and

crying stopped.

We took him off on g/c free diet 5 years ago due to didn't see

improvement after 9 month on it. He always has perfect stool and 1

or 2 times a day. Nothing has been changed, he always eat rice,

celery, turkey ham, chicken, bread, drink milk, yogurt etc. Once a

while, he will have gas. Nothing unusual for me except the crying at

night and day.

Thanks Christel and Laureen.

We saw regular pediatric this afternoon, she examine my son and said

nothing obvious wrong. No ear infection, no strep throat, etc. She

said possible it could be child grow pain which will likely happened

around leg and knee area or night reflux. She also said it is not

uncommon for autistic kids to have sleep disorder. Of cause she

doesn't know why our kids has sleep problem. I think the yeast or

reflux maybe the issue. Couple years ago, we did two times of

comprehensive stool analysis test from Dr Data, we know he has yeast

issue even he didn't have any signs besides the floating tummy. So we

didn't treat the yeast. I still have the diflucan in my house. Maybe

it is time to give it to him or possible to start the diet again.

Thanks again for everybody's advices.
