On the GSE, I am now using capsules (250 mg) ea.

1 in a.m. and 1 in p.m.

on an empty stomach. The company told me it

is the same effectiveness

as liquid. (I didn't do well, giving my child

the liquid mix w drops) She weighs around 80 lbs.

I prefer this way, simply to avoid the nasty taste.

On the OLE , you might try increasing by one drop

daily. And see if there are changes. That would be

a small step to take in the right direction.......

(I am much more liberal with my OLE, I USUALLY GIVE

1 dropper full each time I give it.)

Brand doesn't matter so much as concentration of oleuropein. Look

for a brand with a higher concentration...6% is low. The brands we

use have 12-16%.

Likewise, I would up the dose to a dropperfull twice per day...at

least. There was a time when my kids were getting 2 dropperfulls

twice/day. That equals about 2,000 mg.

What you're doing right now is supporting the immune system, but if

you really want to do a cleanse, you got to get down and dirty and

give at least 1500 mg for 3 months.

hope this helps.
