Not tolerating Magnesium?

This is typical. I think its because pathogens like lyme eat it, and then the immune system kills them, and then the neurotoxin from the dead lyme bug effects one. Lyme likes to hide out, but will come out for magesium. You can start will less amounts. Usually, after a month or two the worsening stops. The lyme is not rid though, but maybe its lowered some. When the worsening stops, you have improvement. This is what I read before we started using magnesium and this is what happened in my family. Basically, we still take magnesium, and I believe its better to take it for most. But, its good to be on something that kills lyme (Samento, monolaurin, grapefruit seed extract, rizols, etc.). These things may cause or likely will absolutely cause a worsening of symptoms at first as well. I have found that modifilan is great for reducing die-off symptoms.

Chelated magnesium is one of the best absorbed.

Also Ionic Magnesium is absorbed directly into the cells, it is a

liquid though.
