The Feingold Diet can be a huge help in this area. It eliminates artificial colorings and flavors, BHT, BHA, TBHQ, aspartame, and salicylates on stage one. Reading labels isn't enough if you are trying to cut these things out because the ingredients are often hidden (by doing things like spraying the package rather than putting it IN the food, etc.) Many people also react to additives like high fructose corn syrup, MSG, HVP, etc. Feingold doesn't require you to remove these, but they let you know if the foods contain them so you can choose to remove them if you want to. Gluten and even casein and soy can make a big difference, too. HTH, > > Is there a natural way to cure \ help adult add? Adult ADD WAS: Re: Questions to those doing Dr.Pengs Herbs

Are you already doing any diets in your house? The Feingold Diet can

be a huge help in this area. It eliminates artificial colorings and

flavors, BHT, BHA, TBHQ, aspartame, and salicylates on stage one.

Reading labels isn't enough if you are trying to cut these things out

because the ingredients are often hidden (by doing things like spraying

the package rather than putting it IN the food, etc.) Many people also

react to additives like high fructose corn syrup, MSG, HVP, etc.

Feingold doesn't require you to remove these, but they let you know if

the foods contain them so you can choose to remove them if you want to.

Gluten and even casein and soy can make a big difference, too.
