Guest guest
Wow! Congrats to hubby on a huge step in the right direction. What a lot of work and dedication! Here are a few things that help type 2 diabetes, but it sounds like he's doing well already... 1. Severely limit or eliminate sugar and grains. 2. Eat a diet that's right for his nutritional type. Some people will benefit from swapping grains for protein, while others will benefit from swapping grains for more vegetables. Determining his nutritional type will help with this choice. 3. Exercise regularly and at a good intensity. This helps the insulin already present to work much more effectively. 4. Get plenty of animal-based omega-3 fats 5. Get enough high-quality sleep every night 6. Treat the emotional issues that contribute to poor health. * Note: Type 2 diabetes is linked to chronic, latent magnesium deficiency. It might be worth looking into. > > Hi Everyone, > > My husband was recently been diagnosed with Diabetes 2. He is suppose > to take 500mg twice a day of metformin hcl tabs.
