I'm really curious about the TCM and thinking of trying it for my

daughter who's main difficulty is anxiety & difficult behaviors due to

the anxiety. But I know I could never get her to take a tea. I've

never been able to get her to take any kind of liquid medicine or

supplements except Yasko's RNA because they taste like water. Does

anyone know if you can take the herbs in capsules?

sorry to change the subject...

We did GABA and L-theanine for anxiety. We saw results in about two

weeks. After about 6 months my 5 yo ASD son is now a dare-devil.

Our TCM doctor is giving us dried herbs in capsule form and in a powder

form. If you have to do tea, maybe it could be mixed into something

else. We are able to put our powdered herbs into pearsauce.

can you please tell me which brand or name of the product you bought

for the L-Theanine. My son of 9 years old is very anxious. If we

are seen on television someone who had died from an heart attack he

would ask me if he would have an heart attack too.
