It's very common for a child to have a bowel movement during or after cranial sacral therapy. It helps the body release/detox. It happened to my son almost every session.

Good evening,I have taken my son to 4 different Cranial Sacral sessions and on two seperate occassions after therapy he has had major diareah...is this a possible side effect? My son always seem to 'script' more afterwards and seems to STINK

(body odor) also. I assume it is due to toxins releasing.
