the site is very confusing, not set up

like the yahoo groups we are all used to.

When you get signed in and the main topic

page comes up, click on the topic you want -

for instance " the basics " and then

all of the threads of info. will come up,

click on which thread you are interested in

reading about. Some, like in the basics forum,

are just stored historical info. from Dr Amy

(like our files sections here). If you click

on the " behaviors " or " supplements " etc. links

you will get active posts and recent questions.

As for the search engine.. go to the search link

and type in a few words that reference what you

want. If you type in " griffkoom " on the requested

author, you will get Dr Amy's responses on the

topic.. though I believe the list of posts is

sometimes vague, as she may have only mentioned

the word you asked to search for, not necessarily

the " topic " of the entire post - but I always

seem to stumble upon good info regardless, lol.

I believe the book is due out early 2009.

If you go to getting started on her message board that will help you

start with her protocol.

Agree about the board. I actually cried/whined everytime I tried to

use it. I had to call my husband in to figure out how to navigate.

To understand Yasko's work, it is really best to watch the conference DVDs. You can get loan info through her Sharing Circle Lending Library on the website: http://www.ch3nutrigenomics.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=46Once you've seen the DVDs, the Discussion groups make so much more sense.
