i do, when they used to do outreach at city of angels hosp in los angeles (downtown). nice people but at that time, appeared a bit unorganized to me. this was some yrs ago. also, probably sort of hard doing an outreach in another city/state. having to shlep your entire office in an airplane. anyway, my real beef with them is that they owe me money (several hundred) that they wont send. my son was supposed to have some labs done that i paid for and it was decided that they would not be performed. around that time, they stopped the outreach in la (unk reasons and no notice). i was going to use the credit they owe me at another visit. that never happened.

in anycase, i wont go to them even though they are probably better than back in the day. this is just my personal experience.

I have been "considering" them. A friend of a friend has gone there with her child and she was very pleased. She said they found out what was wrong in a snap. She also said treatment was FREE because they just took his insurance assignment. They have BCBS. I have to find out if the do the same for Aetna. They also do genetic testing so I am assuming "some" of the labs cost extra at first. I will try to get her - e-mail address again from my friend so you can contact her directly. She goes to Austin every 2 weeks. She does some IV infusion stuff that I am not willing to do right now.

my expereince with the owner opporator was similar, I was speaking at the LA convention, rearranged things to do so ect, got out there and they were very disorganized flew by the handle and 2 hours before I went to speak *as a mom on her journy with autism and recovering, she yanked me for a guy selling tree sap to cure autism, I was ripping mad. I had left my son at home, was moving that week, and 8 months pregnant....had expenses to be there ect., if they were going to do that, they wasted my time and resources.......THEN to top it, she had agreed with me coming to pay certain expenses that were THEN charged to my credit card that SHE was suppose to take care of, not allowing us then to care for our son.,,,it took MONTHS to get it all sorted out and meanwhile my child had to go with out, not a pleasant experience. and after it all, she explained she couldn't give the money back and made me repay some of it!!!! WHAT!!!! I would have never gone looking back and knowing what I know now. she wasn't even carring for her own child, she had sent her child off for OTHERS to take care of.

I got a letter from my insurance company (Aetna) that they are investigating their billings......when I called them, they said they stopped paying their claims as they discovered some possible insurance fraud....they did not want to disclose any details, but they asked what kind of services I got, etc....and I found out they billed my insurance so much money, I was not aware of....I became very uncomfortable about that and stopped going. They even tell you that I had to be treated....I am not the one who needs service but they push you. So when I got a letter from my insurance company, I understood why...so that they can bill for two people.....The amount was so big I can't even write here...that will be shocking to most of parents here on this board like I was. I was like, no wonder why our insurance premium go up so much every year.....
