possible explanation care clinics

Did care clinics bite too much off too fast trying to meet demands

while still assembling a system?

This I can accept in the midst of trying to assemble care since the

gov't could care less if our kids get treated.

However if we looking at a situation where INTENTION is in question I

would really like to know this prior to taking my son for treatments.

Any more thoughts on this issue GREATLY appreciated.
