It's okay to raise by 1/2 grain if you are under 3 grains. BUT you

may have problems with this big of a raise. If you do, just drop

back by 1/4 grain.

The purpose of adrenal support is to support your adrenals during dose

raising, so you can try to move faster with it, but be prepared to back

down if adrenal symptoms return.
