Oral Liposomal Glutathione

Does anyone know if glutathione is meant

to be taken with or after food...?

or not with?

The one I have is called 'essential GSH'

liquid from www.essentialgsh.com

It has 433 mg Glutathione, and in the

other ingredients listed also has

Grapefruit seed extract.( so I am

thinking it must be on an empty

stomach..?) It only says to mix with

wter or juice, is the only instruction.

BTW/ it also says caution: children under the

age of 12 to consult health professional before

use. What would you think...? (My daughter is

about to turn 6 y.o. this month)
