2 blue ribbons for the fish girl

Dear everyone,

It has been kind of a hard year with medical problems for everyone and for us it

has been a hard year due to education - school

issues. But, I had some good news, so I thought I would share it. ;-)

Yesterday Kendra won two blue ribbons in her swim meet at Oregon Disability

Games. She won for the 15 meter backstroke and the 15

meter freestyle. When she started her lessons last year she could barely

coordinate the kicking with the arm strokes. Each of her

legs went in a different direction. The motor planning part was quite difficult

for her. She does a very good job now and really loves

swimming! She made us very proud!
