Just curious, How many check odine levels...?

I just read; Iodine is necessary for direct

brain development. Lack of sufficient

iodine is a leading cause of mental

retardation and low IQ levels, lessening

mental abilities in life. It can have

a devastating impact on health.

Kelp is the richest source of iodine.
